Description of SoulCollage® work

I have been using Seena Frost's SoulCollage® process as found in her book "SoulCollage®" to lead events since 2006 under the name "Collage from the Soul" at the Retreat Center where I am the director.  Many women have been introduced to the ideas and the process of SoulCollage®.  I received the training to become a certified SoulCollage® Facilitator in October, 2011.  I am delighted to be able to formally offer day and weekend events both at Tallgrass Spiritual Retreat Center and at other facilitites (churches, other retreat centers, private homes, etc.) where I'm invited to share SoulCollage®

Personal work with own SoulCollage® cards

I started creating SoulCollage cards in 2003 and found the process of making them fascinating.  They seemed to come together on their own.  I had about a dozen cards when, after leading a "Collage from the Soul" event and everyone had gone, I sat down with the supplies I already had out and available to me.  Looking through magazines, tearing out images that caught my eye, cutting and pasting, I suddenly realized four hours later that I had six beautiful, intriguing new cards.  This happened again after the next event I facilitated.  I have been more intentional about creating cards lately and now have more than fifty cards, including The Crone, Jumping into Life, There's More to Life than Old, Rescuing Myself, and Wild Grace.  These are aspects of myself I am coming to know and better appreciate the more I work with my cards.

I am a United Methodist clergywoman, certified in Spiritual Formation by the Kansas West Conference of the United Methodist Church and a member of Spiritual Directors International.  I am also the founder/director of Tallgrass Spiritual Retreat Center, a 501(c)3 organization, near Matfield Green, Kansas.
