March Registration

Registration Information

The Training fee of $450 includes workshop sessions at the retreat center and a one-year membership in the SoulCollage® professional organization, the SoulCollage® Facilitators' Circle.

Accommodations at Villa Maria are not included in this fee.

There has been quite a demand for these Trainings, so please register as early as possible for the weekend you want to attend. Participants will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email Alia before registering to confirm availability.
 



Fees & Payment Options

1. Register by paying the full tuition of $450 or a $250 deposit to hold your space by using PayPal or a credit card.

2. You may also register by mailing a check payable to "SoulCollage Inc." to SoulCollage Inc.", PO Box 8051, Santa Cruz, CA 95061.

Full payment of your Training tuition is due by January 20, 2011.

Register for the Training



Training Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, is given at the cancellation of a SoulCollage® Facilitator Training registration if the cancellation is received by February 1, 2011. This processing fee applies to all payments, whether a deposit or a payment in full.

No refund or credit is given for cancellations made after February 1, if you fail to attend, or if you leave the event early, unless someone is able to take your place at short notice.

You may also apply a credit toward a new SoulCollage® training led by Seena Frost held within the next 12 months. You will still pay only the original Training fee of $450 even if this fee is increased in the future. If you must make a last minute cancellation, you also have the option of offering your payment toward a scholarship fund which we are building to support the work.
 



Accommodations

Accommodations are in the Pueblo Building and cottages. Most accommodations are double rooms; limited single rooms are available. All linens and towels are provided. The rate for a double room is $236 for the weekend. The rate for a single room is $282. Room rates include all your meals. If you attend the training as a commuter, there is a $136 fee for the facility and your meals, except breakfast.

Room Payments



Accommodations Cancellation Policy

A refund of your room payment, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations received up to and including February 1, 2011. No refund will be given for room cancellations received after that date unless we are able to register another participant to fulfill your room reservation.
