Registration Information

Registration has closed for the September Training. If you would like to be on a wait list, please email Alia at alia@soulcollage.com

The Training fee of $450 includes workshop sessions at the retreat center and a one-year membership in the SoulCollage® professional organization, the SoulCollage® Facilitators' Circle.

Accommodations at Villa Maria are not included in this fee.

There has been quite a demand for these Trainings, so please register as early as possible for the weekend you want to attend. Participants will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fees & Payment Options

1. Register by paying the full tuition of $450 or a $250 deposit to hold your space by using PayPal or a credit card.

2. You may also register by mailing a check for $450 payable to "SoulCollage, Inc." to Alia Moore, 1884 Ellington Way, Auburn, AL 36830.

Full payment of your tuition is due by August 1.

Training Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $60 processing fee, is given at the cancellation of a SoulCollage® Facilitator Training registration if the cancellation is received up to two weeks prior to the training (midnight, August 27). This processing fee applies to all payments, whether a deposit or a payment in full.

No refund or credit is given for cancellations made with less than two weeks notice, if you fail to attend, or if you leave the event early, unless someone is able to take your place at short notice.

You may also apply a credit toward a new SoulCollage® training led by Seena Frost held within the next 12 months. You will still pay only the original training fee of $450 even if this fee is increased in the future. If you must make a last minute cancellation, you also have the option of offering your payment toward a scholarship fund that we are building to support the work. Accommodations

Please email Alia to check for room availability before making your room payment.
After confirmation, you can pay for your room using PayPal/CC below, or mail a check payable to SoulCollage, Inc. to Alia Moore, 1884 Ellington Way, Auburn, AL 36830. Payment for your accommodations is due by August 1.

Cancellation Policy for Accommodations

A refund of your room payment, less a $60 cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations received up to and including August 11. No refund will be given for room cancellations received after that date unless we are able to register another participant to fulfill your room reservation.
 

Early Arrival Information

If you choose to arrive early, please make your SoulCollage® room arrangements first. Then contact the Villa Office directly and give them your SoulCollage® assigned room number, so that they can try to reserve the same space for you. You can call them at (831) 475-1236.

Villa Maria del Mar does not provide Sunday night accommodations. Email Alia for lodging suggestions.

On Friday, September 10, arrival is permitted after lunch but check in is only after 3:00 pm. Check out is by 11:00 am. Guests have use of all other facilities until 2:00 pm. There is a $5.00 refundable deposit for a room key.
