Biography
Mili has spent much of her professional life as a leader, consultant, and coach in the corporate realm and currently is in private practice focusing on teaching and individual and group work for personal transformation. She is currently involved in consultative leadership training within business and industry as well as being a psychospiritual guide for individuals and groups on their own paths of self-exploration and discovery. Mili has trained/facilitated/led thousands of hours of group sessions over the past 20+ years in group settings of various types, from boardrooms to intimate retreat settings. To supplement her business background and MBA, she has completed 80+ hours of graduate level study toward a degree in Counseling Psychology/Expressive Art Therapy at Prescott College where her 2008 masters thesis research and writing was entitled "Does the SoulCollage Process Facilitate Personal Growth and Healing Within the Transpersonal Map of the Psyche?". Mili has studied and mentored with Seena B. Frost, creator of the SoulCollage® process, is a SoulCollage® Facilitator (May 2005), and a SoulCollage® Trainer (February 2008) with experience of facilitating 16+ SoulCollage® Facilitator Trainings around the U.S since 2008. As a Certified Integrative Breathwork practitioner, Mili has keen personal and professional interest and more than fifteen years of experience in combining non-ordinary state of consciousness work with expressive art modalities to deepen into connection with one's intuitive guidance, inner healer, and wisdom. Mili is a writer, artist, and one deeply involved in her own journey of self exploration and discovery.

As I'm updating this statement about me on this beautiful autumn morning of 10/24/11 (a heart chakra day in my spiritual practice), I find I can joyfully name that I am really coming into my Intuitive Transformative Artist Self! Having spent nearly 20 years as a banker before becoming self-employed and finding the courage to be more overtly heart and soul-led, creating and working with my SoulCollage cards since 2005 has been a big part of my transformative journey to date. I enjoy that I can bring my skills honed in a much differnt environment into my training circles to catalyze rich, deep discussions among participants in ways that allow each of us present to grow and learn. My daily affirmation for some time has been and is: "I am an inspired and inspiring team leader who creates and opens space for all of me and all of you to meet in the middle, in the heart, in love, inside and out!" My work and play with SoulCollage - as a Trainer, as a Facilitator, and as an individual participating as fully as I can in my journey to Center/Home - allows me to move into my Inspired Team Leader Self and my Intuitive Transformative Artist Self in ways that serve me, my family and friends, and the Whole. For all these gifts, I am most grateful!

Since beginning my SoulCollage® journey in early 2005 I have continued to create cards and deepen into my understanding, acceptance, and celebration of myself as I’ve worked with them. I so enjoy sharing the SoulCollage® process with others! My deck is ever-growing, as is my heartfelt appreciation for this wonderful expressive art process!

Deepening into Your SoulCollage® Practice: Exploration via Suits - COMPANIONS
While the ways to approach deepening into work with collage cards are seemingly infinite, we will utilize the suit framework as a guide and a launch point to delve deeply into card-making and working with cards in various ways. These day-long workshops can be experienced as a series or singularly and are designed to support the broad continuum of individual approaches to utilizing suits (or not!) within one's SoulCollage deck. Whether this is your first in-depth introduction to suits, you have designed your cards by suits and worked extensively with suits, or you think you may not choose suits to your cards, we feel certain you will find enjoyment and meaning via the tools and exercises we will experience in supportive community each of these workshop days. All collage materials are provided in the workshops. Sessions allow for a maximum of 12 participants to ensure time and space for optimal enjoyment and depth of exploration, so please register early.
Companion Suit Workshop Details: Nature and animals are a rich source of wisdom. In this workshop we will focus on our "companion animals" utilizing various experiential methods to determine who they are, the wisdom and gifts they highlight, and making cards to honor these innate parts of ourselves. As always, our day will be filled with card-making, reflective time for journaling, outdoor time at the labyrinth, and doing another variation of a reading with our cards.
