Biography

Mirabai was trained as a SoulCollage® facilitator, by Seena Frost in March 2009.  In 2011 Mirabai expanded her committment by becoming a SoulCollage® Trainer. She lives seven months of the year in Northern Italy and returns to California for the winter and spring. She is an accountant by trade, but a mentor by choice and request. She has spent many years exploring and learning different modalities of meditation, yoga, healing practices and spiritual guidance. She has also facilitated groups and introduced different methods of meditation to women in recovery from substance abuse. Her curiosity of life has taken her to many parts of the world and enriched her global awareness and offered her a special education in the School of Life.

Description of SoulCollage® work

SOULCOLLAGE® WILL TRAVEL!    I facilitate SoulCollage® Groups in California and Europe, but by no means limit my offerings to these locales.  It is my desire to bring the blessings of SoulCollage® to all corners of the world.  I believe that working together actively with others can present many opportunities, especially helping each of us as we become more intimately related with ourselves and our many intricate aspects, while becoming more intimately related to those around us.   Rather a small group of friends in your home or a larger public venue, the half-day or one-day workshops are designed to meet the needs of the group. I offer introductory workshops as well as varying themes.  Language is no barrier.

Personal work with own SoulCollage® cards

I have been intimately involved with the SoulCollage® process for almost four years. Immediately after making my first cards, I experienced that my personal awareness had claimed a new depth and since then I’ve developed new rhythms to integrate into my daily life, not only helping me but also in assisting others better. This is one of the reasons I became a SoulCollage® Facilitator...to share this transformative tool and to help others to know themselves better.  My deck contains more than 120 cards and both my personal story and the Greater story continue to reveal themselves with more clarity. I consult my cards regularly for personal inquiry and development. My personal myth is unfolding right before my eyes!  As a result of this deep and profound work I am currently writing a myth.

There are many therapists, coaches, art therapists, teachers, healers, spiritual leaders and others who are using SoulCollage® in already established groups (such as spiritual communities, women's circles, senior groups, hospice, educational classes and more.) This process is a valuable tool as a stand-alone or as an adjunct to other kinds of groups, classes, or workshops.

    This is the first time this training is being held at Centrum Wilgenhoeve in Holland…a retreat center on a Frisian Farm set in a unique environment for reflection, peace and harmony.  http://www.centrumwilgenhoeve.nl/

    This residential weekend retreat includes all training sessions (Friday to Sunday), training materials and supplies, all SoulCollage® Facilitator benefits*, 2 nights lodging, 6 healthy meals, snacks and tea in a soul-nourishing environment.
