After registering for the training and reserving a room, if you wish to arrive early or stay later than the scheduled training dates, contact the LMB Reception Office directly. They may be able to assign the same room that you will be using for the retreat. The phone number is 831-462-8383 and the email is office@medicinebuddha.org
Check-in is usually between 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Guests can arrive early but rooms are not guaranteed until 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am. Vegetarian Dining
The room rates include vegetarian meals (breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and dinner on Friday and Saturday. Land of Medicine Buddha uses healthy, mostly organic food for their delicious meals. Guests may bring their own snacks, and there is a guest refrigerator in the dining room. Commuter Rate
The commuter rate is $80 for both days for meals and facility fee.
To Reserve Your Room
Email Alia with your first and second room choices. After your room choice is confirmed, you will be notified by email. Please be aware that we will do our best to assign you the room that you have chosen. However, it may occasionally be necessary to assign a different room.
The following room choices all have bathrooms and showers and two rooms also have bathtubs.
All linens and towels are provided.
Rates (room, meals, facility for 2 nights)
Single Rooms
$275 per person for both nights.
Rooms with 2 single beds
$200 per person for both nights.
Rooms with 3 single beds
$175 per person for both nights.
Room with 4 single beds (1)
$160 per person for both nights.
Cancellation Policy for Accommodations at Land of Medicine Buddha
A refund of your room payment, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations received up to and including August 11. No refund will be given for room cancellations received on August 12 or later as Land of Medicine Buddha requires SoulCollage LLC to pay for rooms committed on that date. Directions

From Santa Cruz
Go onto Highway 1 south. Take the Porter Street/Bay Avenue exit and turn left under freeway. Turn right onto Main Street. Stay on Main Street until it merges into Glenhaven Road. Prescott Road is another 1/2 mile further on the right. Follow Prescott Road all the way to the end, cross the wooden bridge, turn left and follow the signs to Land of Medicine Buddha.
From North of Santa Cruz
Take Highway 1 south along the coast all the way through Santa Cruz and continue toward Watsonville or take 280 south , 101 south, or 85 south to Highway 880 which turns into Highway 17 toward Santa Cruz and get onto Highway 1 going south toward Watsonville. From Highway 1 take the Porter Street/Bay Avenue exit and turn left under freeway. Turn right onto Main Street. Stay on Main Street until it merges into Glenhaven Road. Prescott Road is another 1/2 mile further on the right. Follow Prescott Road all the way to the end, cross the wooden bridge, turn left and follow the signs to Land of Medicine Buddha.
From Aptos, Monterey of South of Santa Cruz
