Join our growing international community of SoulCollage® facilitators at a training led by Seena Frost, M.Div, MFT, creator of the SoulCollage® process.

This course meets the qualifications for 18 continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

The training will be held at Land of Medicine Buddha, a beautiful retreat center dedicated to healing and renewal. Located on 170 acres among the redwoods in Soquel, California, just south of downtown Santa Cruz, it adjoins 10,000 acres of state forest. Cancellation Policies

Making SoulCollage cards

Training Fee Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, is given at the cancellation of a SoulCollage Facilitator Training registration if the cancellation is received up to two weeks prior to the training. This processing fee applies to all payments, whether a deposit or a payment in full.

No refund or credit is given for cancellations made with less than two weeks notice, if you fail to attend, or if you leave the event early, unless someone is able to take your place at short notice. Some exceptions may be made for sudden incapacitating illness or family emergencies.

You may also apply a credit toward a new SoulCollage® training held within the next 24 months. You will still pay only the original training fee of $450 even if this fee is increased in the future. If you must make a last minute cancellation, you also have the option of offering your payment toward a scholarship fund which we are building to support the work.

Accommodations at Land of Medicine Buddha Cancellation Policy

A refund of your room payment, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations received up to and including August 11. No refund will be given for room cancellations received on August 12 or later as Land of Medicine Buddha requires SoulCollage LLC to pay for rooms committed on that date.

Schedule and What To Bring

The workshop begins with registration from 1:00-2:00 on Friday (the training begins at 2:00) and ends about 1:00 pm on Sunday. Mornings begin with breakfast at 8:00. There are sessions both evenings until about 9:00 or 9:30 pm. In order to receive a completion certificate all sessions must be attended.

Be sure to bring all your SoulCollage cards. You do not need to bring images as those will be provided. If you are using 5 x 8 inch cards there will be blanks provided. If your cards are another size, bring some blanks. Glue and scissors will be provided, but you can bring your own if you have special ones you like. (Don’t take scissors in your carry-on!)

Bring layers of clothes as the weather can vary from quite warm to quite cool. Slip-on shoes are helpful as we need to take off our shoes in the meeting room. Socks or slippers might be nice. Also you might like to have a refillable water bottle and a flashlight for guiding you on the grounds at night.

Preparation and pre-requisites

No degree or certification is required to take this training, but Seena Frost requests that participants prepare by reading the book, listening to Seena's two talks about SoulCollage on audiotapes (or CDs) and beginning to make SoulCollage cards for their own decks in each suit, so that they can get experience with their own card-making before working with others learning to make cards. Seena requests that participants bring all their SoulCollage cards when they come for the Training.

Persons who complete the SoulCollage training will receive a certificate of completion and may use the SoulCollage® trademark in doing individual or group work according to the Principles of SoulCollage®. Thus, SoulCollage trains, rather than "certifies", facilitators.
