ACCOMMODATIONS

Accommodations are in cottages with shared baths. The majority of the rooms are double rooms but there are some single rooms available. All linens and towels are provided.

The rate for a double room is $236 for the weekend, which includes all your meals. The rate for a single room is $282.

If you attend the training as a commuter, there is a fee for the facility and all your meals - $129 or $110 (without breakfast).

Cancellation Policy for Accommodations at the Presentation Center

A refund of your room payment, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations received up to and including February 11. No refund will be given for room cancellations received on February 12 or later unless we are able to register another participant to fulfill your room reservation.

DINING AND MEALS

Room rates include all your meals during the training. The Presentation Center uses healthy, organic food for their delicious meals. Please let Alia know if you are a vegetarian so special arrangments can be made for you ahead of time.

EARLY-LATE ARRIVAL INFORMATION

If you choose to arrive early or stay later than the scheduled training dates, contact the Presentation Center Office directly and inform them that you are attending the SC training. Let them know the room that you have been assigned by SoulCollage, so that they can try to reserve the same space for you. You can call them at (408) 354-2346.

Bedroom check-in is 3:30 pm. Check-out is 9:00 am. Guests may arrive early but rooms are not guaranteed until 3:30 pm. They will provide a place to store luggage until dinner, as the training program starts at 2 pm. The facility will require participants to sign a liability insurance waiver upon arrival.
