Biography

Being a SoulCollage® Facilitator is the perfect integration of my life-long spiritual pursuits, my 30 years as a psychotherapist in private practice in Solana Beach, California, and my current life as a full-time artist in the Philadelphia area.  It is a wonderful feeling for all parts of myself to find expression through SoulCollage®, without compartmentalization - both in my personal work with SoulCollage® and as a Facilitator for others.

Description of SoulCollage® work

SoulCollage® taps into the power of intuition, imagination, and the depths reached nonverbally with visual images.  No art experience is necessary - all that's needed is scissors, glue, receptivity and trust in the process.  Not to mention that it's fun!

I offer Introductory Workshops, Advanced Workshops to address particular aspects of SoulCollage®, and Open Studios for card making and sharing.  I am happy to design workshops for your group around specific themes.  Individual sessions are also available.

Personal work with own SoulCollage® cards

It is extremely satisfying to make cards, each taking on a new life  - something new created that didn't exist before.  I am deeply convinced however that the real joy and purpose of SoulCollage® is working with one's own deck over time and learning to listen to the messages of the images - both individually and in community.  In terms of the planet, the ripple effect outward is essential.

    This workshop is open to people who have taken the Introduction to SoulCollage® with a Jewish Spin class, or who attend the SoulCollage® teaching at Mishkan Shalom on Shavuot.

  • Join us for a fun, relaxing, and creative mini-retreat.  SoulCollage® Sundays are monthly drop-in groups which are an opportunity to develop your very own deck of SoulCollage® cards with images that you are drawn to. Using the art form of collage, it is an intuitive method of exploring all the various aspects of ourselves and our unique histories.  Images reach us non-verbally, in ways that can be surprising. Sometimes our intuition knows a lot more than we do!  As we collage the various facets of ourselves, both inner and outer, a deeper understanding and integration emerges.

    SoulCollage® Sundays are open to experienced Soul Collagers as well as newcomers.  No art experience  necessary - just receptivity, trust in the process, and a spirit of adventure!  Bring a journal if you like.

    Cost is $35, which includes all materials.
