App Restart

Occasionally, the app may freeze or go into a loop, particularly when preparing backup files. If this should happen, there is a way to restart the app. You do not need to delete the app and reinstall it, just follow these instructions to restart (note: these are general instructions from Apple on restarting an app, so you can use this to restart any app):

iOS 7 and later:

1. Go to the home screen of the device (this is the main screen of the app which has all the icons for all of your apps).

2. Double-tap the Home button (this is the big round button at the bottom of the screen). The screen will now display a series of screen shots showing the current screen status of each of your apps, with the icon for the app below.

3. Scroll sideways to find the screen shot and icon for the SoulCollage app.

4. Brush the screen shot image of the SoulCollage app upward, so that it disappears.

5. Tap the Home button to return to the home screen.

6. Touch the icon for the SoulCollage app and it will start fresh and bring you to the home screen of the app.
