Biography

Beth is a SoulCollage® facilitator, life coach, artist, wife, and mother of a teenage daughter. Originally from Boston, MA, she lived in Seattle, WA for 6 years before moving to Charlotte, NC 8 years ago.

Her first career was in financial services where she worked for nearly 20 years. It was her mother's debiltating illness and death that led her to reexamine what she wanted to do with her life. She decided to become a life coach and trained at Coach U followed by advanced training in Group Coaching with Ginger Cockerham. All of her personal life transitions shape who Beth is and connect her at a soul level with women in similar circumstances.

Beth discovered art, or rather it discovered her, when she first moved to Charlotte and was walking out of a coffee shop. Following an intuitive hit, she turned around and went back to pick up a flyer about an Open Studio Process workshop. From that one workshop, Beth met many of her future art teachers and colleagues. Her journey continued with many different art classes, primarily in mixed media and visual journaling.

Beth is grateful to have done her facilitator training in Charlotte with Catherine Anderson. SoulCollage® has proved to be a very powerful process for her and she is excited to share it now with others.

Description of SoulCollage® work

My work with SoulCollage® fits perfectly with my work as a life coach and an artist. It gives me a creative and intuitive tool to help women discover more about themselves and to receive personal guidance. My passion is seeing women experience a life of creative adventures, listen to their soul, and empower themselves to make positive shifts.

I offer in-person workshops in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and plan to expand to doing workshops online in a virtual meeting room. I will often create a theme that we work with that day, though the choice of what cards you create is up to you. The beauty of the SoulCollage® process is that it is fun and easy and only requires you to glue images on cards. The most important thing is to trust the process and see what opens up for you!

Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about SoulCollage® in general or more specifics about my workshops.  I hope to see you soon!
