As a dynamic and rich process SoulCollage® works well with other modalities including

SoulCollage® can be offered in a variety of settings like cancer centers, hospice, retreat centers, universities, in the workplace, or for private gatherings that enhance community. SoulCollage® uses are limited only by your imagination.


Facilitator Training Dates and Schedule:

  • The facilitator training begins on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at 1pm (registration open at 11am, lunch served at 12) and ends on Sunday, February 1 7, 2019 at 3pm.

  • Trained Facilitators who would like to refresh their skills are offered a $200 discount on the Training fees. Trained Facilitators wishing to attend a Training to refresh their skills are required to be current SoulCollage®  Facilitator Circle members.

  • Commuter Option – arrive in the morning and leave after dinner
    • Rate - $225 (for entire training) includes lunch and dinner for the full training.
  • Double Occupancy Option – onsite stay
    • Rate - $315 (for entire training) includes a double occupancy suite and lunch and dinner Thursday; breakfast, lunch and dinner Friday & Saturday, and breakfast and lunch Sunday.
  • Single Occupancy Option – onsite stay
    • Rate - $375 (for entire training) includes a single occupancy suite and lunch and dinner Thursday; breakfast, lunch and dinner Friday & Saturday, and breakfast and lunch Sunday.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less $150 administrative fee, is available up until 6 weeks prior to the training start date. This processing fee applies to all payments, whether a deposit or a payment in full. No refund or credit is given for cancellations made with less than 6 weeks notice, if you fail to attend, or if you leave the event early, unless someone is able to take your place on short notice.

  • How to prepare for a workshop and create safe space for participants.

  • Ways to promote and market your events on
  • Connection with a world-wide community of Facilitators including an invitation to the SoulCollage® yahoo group, access to the SoulCollage® Facilitator’s Facebook page, and an invitation to join a Regional SoulCollage® Faciliator group (if there is one in your area)
  • Hands-on activities aimed at deepening your personal practice that you can transfer to your clients and participants.

Preparing for and Full Attendance During the Training:

  • Prior to the Training:
    • Read Seena Frost’s book, “SoulCollage® Evolving” 
    • Attend an “introductory workshop” with a trained facilitator that introduces you to the fundamental concepts of SoulCollage® (an in-person experience is encouraged, though this can also be done on line through the SoulCollage® Institute.)
    • Have a working knowledge of the SoulCollage® process - Create SoulCollage® cards, build your SoulCollage® deck, understand the “Suits” and work with your cards using the “I am one who” exercise.
    • Experience at least one SoulCollage® card reading
  • Full Attendance for the duration of the training:
    • This Training has been condensed as much as possible to make it affordable, so every minute in sessions is essential. Those who are late or do not complete a session may not become SoulCollage® Facilitators or receive CEs or a certificate. By registering for this Training, you agree to attend all sessions fully and on time.

CEs (up to 24) may be available for the SoulCollage® Facilitator Training by pre-arrangement with your SoulCollage® Trainer. There is an additional $25 fee for the CE's.

o   SoulCollage Inc. (Provider #133654) is approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists to sponsor continuing education for California licensed LMFTs, MCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs. SoulCollage Inc. maintains responsibility for this program/course and its content. Please check with your licensing Board to see if California CEs are accepted.

o   Some SoulCollage® Facilitator Training events may be able to award CEs to LMFTs, MSWs, LPCs, nurses, and psychologists in many states (but if so, only by pre-arrangement with your SoulCollage® Trainer.) Please inquire about the availability of CEUs for a particular Training or a particular license or a particular state by writing to your Trainer.

§  Note: The ATCB (Art Therapy Credentials Board) accepts SoulCollage® Institute and SoulCollage® Facilitator Training CEUs for continuing education credit for ATR-BCs because these courses are accepted for continuing education credits by the California Board of Behavior Sciences mental health licensure board.
