A message from Mariabruna:

The challenges and changes brought by the spreading of COVID-19 inspired us to adjust our long-held tradition of offering Trainings exclusively in person. Especially at a time where creativity, resilience, and connectedness are precious allies in navigating life and its emotions, we cannot imagine a world without SoulCollage®, and our hearts rejoice at seeing how many SoulCollagers are interested in spreading the method along with us.

A note from staff about this online Training:

For years we had resisted the idea of online learning, fearing that somehow the deep connections could not be formed and that the work would somehow be less inspiring or powerful. COVID-19 changed all that. We are learning now that an online forum allows for group connections among those who would never otherwise gather given the logistics and tremendous costs of travel. We are grateful that these uncertain times have pushed us into embracing the technology that permits us to bring the power of SoulCollage® to all ends of the earth.

Our first ever online Training was held in early April. It filled completely. Both we and the participants were quite satisfied that the Training works well online. And the demand was so great that we immediately scheduled another Training for June. That Training filled up in just 3 days. Now, with a waiting list of more than 60 people from around the world, we feel compelled to offer yet another online Training in July.

Before registering, please read through the details below. Also note that a certain level of comfort with technology is required for this format. We can and will teach you to navigate on Zoom and orient you thoroughly to the Course Platform, but if intuition tells you that your anxiety about technology is high, it might be best to wait until this pandemic is over and sign up then for an in-person Facilitator Training at that time.

What the SoulCollage® Facilitator Training Covers

  • How to facilitate SoulCollage® card-making, including ways to support self-esteem and avoid competition and self-criticism.
  • How to implement a therapeutic structure which both protects and encourages self-discovery.
  • Ways to adapt the process to different individual issues and different populations.
  • Demonstration of how to access intuition with SoulCollage® cards.
  • Discussion about how to use the soulcollage.com section of the website for Facilitators to access resources for their SoulCollage® Facilitating with clients.
  • Help in envisioning a plan for facilitating SoulCollage® that fits your own passions, intentions, and competencies.
  • Ethical pitfalls and challenges that might arise when one is working with individuals and groups using the powerful spiritual and personal images on SoulCollage® cards.


Training Tuition

The Training fee of $900 (early registration is $850) includes, for those who complete all sessions of the Training, the right to use the registered trademark "SoulCollage®" in facilitating live (real-time, unrecorded SoulCollage® workshops or groups according to the Principles of SoulCollage®.) A discount of $300 is provided to existing Facilitators.

If you would like continuing education credits (CEs) for your professional license, there is an additional fee of $25 for the 24 CEs. CEs must be paid for during registration. Additional information about CE is below.


Included in the Training fee:

As a trained SoulCollage® Facilitator, you will receive benefits that support your ongoing professional and personal use of SoulCollage® -- The Neter Letter, a monthly e-newsletter for Facilitators, the ability to post your profile and your workshop announcements on our community platform, and access to an abundance of Facilitator resources. Also included in your tuition is an invitation to a free trial membership in the Facilitator online community that includes the ability to freely advertise your workshops in the SoulCollage® public online community.

During the course, you will have full access to the Course Platform, which includes:

  • Ability to join an orientation session before the course begins
  • An invitation to a private group for group member sharing 
  • Access to recordings of course sessions for two weeks after the course ends
  • Ability to view an orientation video about the Course Platform and Zoom technology
  • Ability to access handouts, schedule, and Zoom sessions in one location

You will also receive supplies and Training materials mailed to your home, including card-making supplies and a 100-page SoulCollage® Facilitator's Workbook.

Existing Facilitators

The Training has evolved considerably over the years. Those who have taken the Training a second (sometimes third time!), at a different point in their lives, reported enjoying a renewal in their connection to the method, gaining new information, and having a rewarding experience, both personally and professionally. Facilitators retaking the Training pay $300 less for tuition and are sent a special certificate of renewal at the completion of the course.

We have a Diversity Scholarship Fund which provides some financial help with tuition for people 1) who need financial assistance in order to take the Training, and 2) who are already working or volunteering with populations that would normally not have access to SoulCollage®. Persons who have received assistance include those working or volunteering with: refugees, those incarcerated, veterans families, domestic violence shelters, and substance abuse recovery programs. The Fund is small at this time and can never provide full scholarships. Write for information and to receive an application.

Continuing Education Credits

Before registering, you will need to check the following website to determine which category of professional licenses will cover your particular license in your state. You will find that 5 broad categories are covered, but not every category covers every state. The broad categories include: Nurses, psychologists, social workers, marriage and family counselors, and mental health counselors. Check here to see if your license and your state are covered.

The CE fee charged by SoulCollage Inc. is $25 for the 24 CE hours of credit for one professional license/person. That fee is due at the time of registration and is not refundable.

Special note for Art Therapists. The ATCB (Art Therapy Credentials Board) has for a long time accepted SoulCollage® Institute and SoulCollage Facilitator Training CEs for continuing education credit for ATR-BCs, because these courses were accepted for continuing education credits by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences mental health licensure board (and are now approved to be awarded through CAMFT in California). Participants who need CEs for ATR-BC licenses, please check the ATCB requirements where you may find that you can apply for CEs in our program using the broad category for marriage and family counselors.

About Your Trainer

Mariabruna Sirabella, M.S., LMFT, met Seena in 1996 and embraced SoulCollage® immediately. Seena Frost, M.Div. and Mariabruna co-facilitated their first workshop in 1998, and continued their collaboration and friendship for almost two decades, until Seena’s passing. Mariabruna, our Training Coordinator, has been training SoulCollage® Facilitators and offering SoulCollage® programs in the USA, Canada, South America, Europe, and Asia since 2007, inviting creativity intuition and personal empowerment in everyone.

No degrees or certifications are necessary to take this training, but in order for everyone to enter the Training with similar basic experience, it is required that participants prepare as follows and complete pre-requisites by July 1, 2020:

Mandatory prerequisites:

1. Read SoulCollage® Evolving by Seena B. Frost

2. Listen to Seena Frost's two basic CDs 
(Introduction to SoulCollage® and Facilitating SoulCollage® in Groups) - 
Both are also available for purchase and digital download at the iTunes store.

3. Make four cards for your own deck in three Suits (Committee, Community, Council).  Make two cards in the Companions Suit.  We want you to have a working knowledge of the SoulCollage® process, its structure of suits, and its Principles of SoulCollage®.

4. Experience SoulCollage®!  Mariabruna Sirabella, SoulCollage® Trainer, has said that making cards without reading them is like preparing a delicious meal and not eating it. We would like you to have enjoyed your meal by:

If you can't find a SoulCollage® Introductory workshop near you, you can take a recorded video course which will give you a sense of the deep potential of the SoulCollage® process in community and also give you some valuable basic information. There are two "Fundamentals of SoulCollage®" courses to choose from online:

If you decide to sign up for this Training, please schedule your time to complete these prerequisites. This is a Training, not a retreat; the prerequisites provide preparation that is necessary. You, your Trainer and your Training colleagues will appreciate that you have completed the basics before you come.

After registration, we will ask you to complete a SoulCollage® profile in which it will be necessary for you to agree to the following:

Attendance and Participation Agreement: Attendance and participation at all sessions of the four-day SoulCollage® Facilitator Training is required in order to receive a Certificate of Completion. This Training has been condensed as much as possible to make it affordable, so every minute in sessions is essential. Those who are late or do not complete a session, regardless of reason, will not become SoulCollage® Facilitators. They will not receive CE credits and cannot receive a Certificate of Completion. No refund will be given.

Video recording: The online Training is recorded in its entirety for the purposes of: allowing participants to re-view sessions for a limited time after the Training, training Trainers to work with this new format, and incorporating parts of the Training into other courses or informational presentations, which may include marketing. Your digital image may be captured as part of the Training and we must secure your consent to use any such image. Note this agreement provides that you can still opt out of the group photo by turning off your webcam at the appointed time. Additionally, you may request that we use your profile picture for insertion into the group photo.

Practicing as a SoulCollage® Facilitator: With a Certificate of Completion from this Training, you will be granted permission to use the registered trademark "SoulCollage®" and to call yourself a "SoulCollage® Facilitator."  These rights will be granted to you by SoulCollage Inc. upon your agreement to adhere to its policies and the Principles of SoulCollage® and the Guidelines for SoulCollage® Facilitators.

Preparing Your Space

In order to have a comfortable experience with the format of this Training, you will want to have a few things during our online sessions:

     1)    Device. A computer or tablet with good internet connection and good lighting on your face in a quiet space.

     2)    Area. A place where you can be with your device and interact with your supplies. Consider creating also a comfortable space for you to experience guided meditation. Be sure to include the following:

  •      Comfortable chair
  •      Worktable
  •      Your SoulCollage® deck at hand
  •      External audio headset and microphone (optional)

     3)    Card making supplies.

  •      Basic supplies: Blank cards, sleeves, frame, glue, and pen (all in mailed Training kit)
  •      Tools: Scissors and other special tools you like to use for cardmaking
  •      Images: a selection of pre-torn pages or whole magazines to look through

     4)    Written materials. Please have these readily available as printed copies or    
   opened on your device.

  •      SoulCollage® Facilitators Workbook (part of mailed Training kit)
  •      Class roster and schedule (downloaded from Course Platform)
  •      Handouts (downloaded from Course Platform)
  •      Journal or notebook and writing utensil

     5) Comfort items (optional).

  •      Flower or other aesthetic object for your table
  •      Beverage and snacks

Cancellation Policy

No refund or credit is given for cancellations made on June 9, 2020 or later, if you fail to attend, or if you leave the event early, or if you complete only a portion of any session and therefore do receive a Certificate of Completion at the end.

1.  Training Tuition – refund options before June 8th at midnight, PDT

·      Elect to receive a full refund (less $95 processing fee) for your Training fee. The $95 processing fee is held in full from any payment, whether a deposit or a payment in full.

·      Choose to apply your full payment as a credit toward any future SoulCollage® Facilitator Training run by SoulCollage Inc. online that may be held within the next 12 months. With this option you avoid paying the processing. Note that you will be responsible for any difference in the Training fee if it is increased for the future Training. 

·      Contribute your payment toward a scholarship fund that we have established to support the work of the SoulCollage® community. If you have any questions, please email us for more information.

2.  Continuing Education credit

  The $25 per license fee for continuing education credits (CEs) is non-refundable in all circumstances. It cannot be applied to future Trainings regardless of the option you choose, above.
