Laura Seligman is an artist and also a docent at the University of Michigan Museum of Art in Ann Arbor. Her previous career as a nutritionist in private practice and instructor at various colleges combined complementary therapies including qi gong and mindfulness-based stress reduction. She is a long time student of T'ai Chi and Buddhist practice, and is in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Certification Program (Class of 2021) with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Laura brings to SoulCollage® her skills facilitating numerous groups throughout her career. She delights in supporting others in using their creativity to engage their intuition, hearts and minds to transform their lives.
