Biography

I am a seeker with special interests in art, spirituality, gardening and nature. I have always loved working with my hands, first as a young child working alongside my parents in our vegetable garden which fed our family of nine. As a young mom, I took special interest in all kinds of outdoor adventures with my boys such as camping, scouts and hikes. As my boys grew up I contributed to my community by training as a Master Gardener through Rutgers and sharing my skills in butterfly and community gardening. In more recent years, I have trained as a Spiritual Director and accompany fellow seekers in their inner journey. More recently, I have begun to offer art afternoons to a circle of women who want to explore their own inner journey through intuitive, creative expression. We have shared SoulCollage® together and the experience convinced me to train as a facilitator.

Description of SoulCollage® work

I first started doing SoulCollage® in January of 2015. When I first read Seena’s book I felt as if I were gobbling it up, I was so ready to learn about this intriguing expression of the parts of myself.  I have attended workshops with Nancy Norbert in New Jersey and Ann Marie Bennett, twice in her fall workshop.  I have found SoulCollage® to support my daily journaling and prayer as well as therapy and wellness.
