Vacation Activities around Santa Cruz

Vacationing in Santa Cruz

If you are coming to the Santa Cruz area for a SoulCollage® event, consider taking a bit more time here for vacationing and self care. Especially lovely prime time for this area is Spring and Fall, and summer is great too after the morning fog rolls back toward the ocean.

Sometimes it can be arranged for you to remain in your reasonably-priced event accommodations for a few days before or after the event. Check with your registrar.

There are beaches, redwood forests, a major aquarium, great restaurants, a lovely downtown area with street performers, boating, fishing, and great bicycling and hiking. There are fun musical venues, museums, and wildlife. A day trip to San Francisco is only an hour or so each way. The Monterey Bay aquarium is one hour away. A day trip to Big Sur is 3 hours. Here are some local photos.
